RIGA – Three players from Dinamo Riga will be joining their captain Sandis Ozolins on the ice in Arena Riga on Saturday for the KHL All-Star game.
When the official rosters were finalized on Monday it was announced that goalie Chris Holt; and attackers Mikelis Redlihs and Martins Karsums will be playing in the western team along with defender Ozolins.
With 17 goals in 40 games to date this season, Karsums currently sits ninth in the league for goals scored. With 28 assists coming in 40 games, Redlihs is currently ranked fourth in the league for assists made.
Holt is currently showing some of his best form to date this season, having produced two shutouts in the past seven days to be named as KHL goalie of the week. Holt is a late replacement to Vitaly Koval who is currently injured.
