Dinamo Riga has ended their contract with Swedish forward Bjorn Melin.

Melin joined Dinamo Riga in the offseason and appeared for the club in 11 KHL games. In those 11 games Melin, produced a +/- coefficient of -9, producing no assists or goals of 13 attempts.

Prior to playing for Dinamo Riga Melin played in the Swedish Elite Series, AHL, NHL, NLA and KHL, as well as the Swedish national team.
