Arena

Arena Riga is a multifunctional hall in the city of Riga. Arena was primarily constructed to facilitate ice hockey world championship in 2006, however, it is also used as a venue for various sports, music, culture and entertainment events.

 

Total capacity for Dinamo Riga games is 10 300 seats.

 

 

 

 

How to get there?

 

Considering that Arena is located in the centre of city near advantageous and densely scheduled public transportation routes, we encourage guests of Arena, if possible, to come to sports and other events by using public transportation, taxis or by foot.

 

 

Nearest public transportation routes:

 

- If you go IN DIRECTION FROM THE CITY CENTRE – trolleybus nr. 3, 5 and 25, as well as bus nr. 9, 11 and 33 goes to stop named “Aristida Briana iela”. From this spot one should go down the Valdemara str. until the next crossing street named Malpils iela, which will lead directly to Arena.

- If you come IN DIRECTION TOWARDS THE CITY CENTRE – using bus nr. 9, 11 and 33 or trolleybus number 3, one should get off the transport at the stop called “Palidzibas iela”. If go by trolleybus nr. 5 or 25, you should get off it at stop on Briana street next to Valdemara str.

Nearby tram lines number 8 and 11 have stops on Miera str. From there the Arena is quickly reachable by walking Alojas str. or Malpils str.
